Casa Marina encourages its guests to take personal videos or still photographs while enjoying their visit and tag us @casamarinaresort. All images and videos taken by guests and visitors are allowed so long as the photos and videos are used for a personal, non-commercial purpose. All photographs and videos should be taken from public viewing areas and with a hand-held camera (non-professional equipment).
Casa Marina is private property and maintains a strict policy against the use of its grounds (all interior spaces, exterior grounds, pools, beach, etc.) for unauthorized professional or commercial photography/videography purposes.
Drone Usage:
Casa Marina is a private property and therefore restricts the usage of drones. The use of drones for surveillance, harassment, or any activity that invades the privacy of guests, staff, visitors, and others is strictly prohibited. Drones must not be used for commercial purposes without prior written approval from resort management.
Exceptions to this policy may be granted for special events, weddings or other circumstances, but must be approved in writing by resort management & security team. Please contact us at EYWCM_Security@hilton.com to complete the approval process.
